Find Party Bus Rentals in Staten Island
Partybusrentalstatenisland.com is a quote-comparison website — not a bus company, not a motor carrier. That's actually the best part. Instead of calling transportation companies one by one, explaining your trip each time, and waiting on callbacks that never quite line up — you fill out one quick form and compare vehicles, options, and pricing from a large network of independently owned companies serving Staten Island and the New York metro area.
No account required. Free quote. Results in under 30 seconds.
Staten Island groups deal with real logistical puzzles on every trip off the island. The Staten Island Expressway (I-278) backs up fast before major events at MetLife Stadium. Parking near the St. George Ferry Terminal on FerryHawks game nights is practically nonexistent.
Getting 20 people from the south shore to a concert at Barclays Center without splitting into a fleet of individual rideshares requires some advance planning. A bus cuts through all of that — one vehicle, one plan, one pickup window. Through Partybusrentalstatenisland.com, you can compare everything from a 14-passenger Sprinter limo for a bridal party to a 56-passenger charter bus for a corporate group, all in one place.

Amenities Available for Your Staten Island Bus Rental
The right amenities make a real difference depending on the trip. A 25-passenger party bus for a bachelorette night through St. George and Brooklyn comes equipped with LED lighting, a full-length bar area, premium Bluetooth sound, flat-panel TVs, and wraparound perimeter seating — the celebration starts the moment everyone loads up. For a corporate shuttle running across the Verrazzano into Manhattan, a minibus with reclining seats, climate control, and WiFi gets the team there without the overhead of a full charter bus.
Heading to MetLife Stadium with a group of 40? A charter bus with undercarriage storage bays and an onboard restroom means no pit stops on Route 3. Amenities vary by vehicle and company — the quote tool shows what's available on each bus for your date.

The Easy Way to Compare Staten Island Party Bus Rentals
The case for Partybusrentalstatenisland.com is straightforward. Staten Island is one of the most bridge-and-tunnel-dependent boroughs in New York City, and every group trip off the island involves at least one crossing — the Verrazzano into Brooklyn, the Goethals into New Jersey, the Bayonne Bridge if you're heading north toward Newark or the Meadowlands. A 12-car group driving to a Giants game at MetLife Stadium means 12 separate bridge crossings, 12 parking spots scattered across the fan lots, and 12 different exit points to coordinate after the final whistle.
One bus changes the math entirely: one crossing, one parking space, everyone departing from the same spot. And through Partybusrentalstatenisland.com, getting that bus doesn't require calling companies during business hours or waiting on a callback. Fill out one form — any time, any day — and get pricing for the right vehicle right away.
No account needed, no obligation. You don't have to commit to anything to see what's available.

Whatever brings your group together on Staten Island or beyond, the right bus is available through this site. Explore the full Staten Island group transportation services page or call 929-384-1505 to get started.

Staten Island Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) is the closest major airport to Staten Island — roughly 30–45 minutes via the Goethals Bridge and either I-95 or I-78, depending on traffic and time of day. EWR's ground transportation pickups are split by terminal: Terminal A, B, and C each have separate commercial vehicle lanes and curbside loading zones on the arrivals level. The key step: have your group fully assembled with luggage before signaling for the bus to pull up — the loading zones are actively enforced and the window is short.
Have your group coordinator call once everyone is together with bags, not before.
JFK and LaGuardia are reachable from Staten Island but require crossing through Brooklyn via the Verrazzano-Narrows Bridge and navigating Brooklyn-Queens traffic, which routinely adds 60–90 minutes in peak periods. For large travel groups splitting between airports, a single coordinated bus with planned stops is far more reliable than stacking individual rideshares that arrive in waves. The full EWR airport shuttle guide covers terminal-by-terminal pickup logistics.
Visit the Staten Island airport transportation page or call 929-384-1505 to get a quote.

Staten Island Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
Staten Island bachelorette and bachelor groups usually end up on one of a few routes: a bar crawl along Bay Street in St. George, a ferry trip to lower Manhattan for a night in the Meatpacking District, or a full Brooklyn circuit through Williamsburg before the group decides where to go from there. The free Staten Island Ferry runs all night in theory — but it doesn't care about your open-ended schedule, and coordinating a return trip for 20 people at 2am across borough lines is a logistics problem nobody wants to solve at the end of the night.
A Staten Island bachelorette party bus rental keeps the whole group together from the first pickup to the last drop-off, handles the Verrazzano or Goethals crossing in both directions, and stages near each stop while the group is inside. Party buses seating 15–50 come with LED lighting, onboard sound systems, and flat-panel TVs — so the energy is already going before the first venue. Call 929-384-1505 to lock in your date.

Staten Island Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
A party bus entrance is one of the most memorable parts of a Sweet 16 or quinceañera, and Staten Island families go all in on the moment. Popular celebration venues across the borough include the Vanderbilt at South Beach (300 Father Capodanno Blvd, Staten Island, NY 10305), the Staaten (697 Forest Ave, Staten Island, NY 10310), and banquet halls throughout New Springville and Great Kills. A Staten Island birthday party bus rental handles guest pickup from multiple neighborhoods — Tottenville to Stapleton — so no one in the family has to coordinate a 10-car convoy across the island on the day of the event.
For adult milestone birthdays heading into Manhattan — dinner in the West Village, a rooftop in Midtown, or a late night in the East Village — a party bus through Partybusrentalstatenisland.com moves the whole group across the bridge and handles the return, so nobody is stuck figuring out the crossing situation at 1am. Use the online form or call 929-384-1505 to check availability.

Staten Island Concert Transportation & Shuttles
The three biggest concert venues for Staten Island groups are Madison Square Garden in Midtown Manhattan, Barclays Center in Brooklyn, and the Prudential Center in Newark — and none of them work well when a group tries to drive and park independently. MSG has no dedicated garage; nearby third-party lots along 7th and 8th Avenue run $45–$75 per car on show nights and fill hours before the doors open. Barclays Center is surrounded by dense residential Brooklyn with limited event parking.
The Prudential Center in Newark — roughly 35–45 minutes from Staten Island via the Goethals — is the most bus-friendly of the three, with straightforward curbside drop-off near the arena entrance.
A Staten Island concert bus rental handles the bridge crossing, parks or stages near the venue while the show runs, and picks everyone up when it's over — so no one is scrambling for a rideshare on Atlantic Avenue at midnight. Call 929-384-1505 for concert-night pricing.

Staten Island Corporate Event Transportation
Corporate groups moving between Staten Island and Manhattan hit the same bottleneck on every trip: the approach routes. The Verrazzano-Narrows Bridge feeds into the Belt Parkway and the BQE — manageable at off-peak hours, congested through every rush period. The Goethals Bridge opens into the New Jersey Turnpike, which provides Lincoln Tunnel access to Midtown but adds distance.
A Staten Island corporate charter bus rental moves a whole team in one shot instead of stacking individual car trips across the bridge.
For conferences and trade shows at the Javits Center (655 W 34th St, New York, NY 10001), a charter bus drops your group on 11th Avenue near the entrance — no one hunting for Hudson Yards parking before a 9am session. For recurring employee shuttles between a Staten Island office and a Manhattan satellite location, a daily minibus run keeps headcount predictable and arrival times consistent. Call 929-384-1505 to get a quote for a one-time corporate event or an ongoing shuttle contract.

Staten Island Private Event Transportation Services
Private event transportation on Staten Island covers a wide range — a family reunion at Clove Lakes Park, a graduation party in St. George, a milestone birthday at a venue in Bulls Head, a church group day trip to the Poconos. Whatever the occasion, a Staten Island private charter bus rental keeps everyone on the same schedule without asking anyone to volunteer to drive.
For events that stay on the island, a minibus is usually the smarter pick — easier to navigate local streets and easier to park near smaller venues in residential neighborhoods. For private events moving off-island into Brooklyn, Manhattan, or New Jersey, a full charter bus handles the bridge crossing and the parking question at the destination simultaneously. Partybusrentalstatenisland.com connects you to both, so you're comparing the right vehicle for the actual route. Call 929-384-1505 to get pricing for your event date.

Staten Island Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Prom season on Staten Island runs April through June, with most high schools — Curtis, Tottenville, Susan Wagner, Staten Island Tech — scheduling within a narrow 6-week window. Demand spikes hard and fast during that stretch. Waiting until March to book a prom bus means paying more for whatever's left, because the right vehicles start booking out in January and February for the big spring dates.
A Staten Island prom party bus rental through Partybusrentalstatenisland.com keeps the night organized: pre-arranged pickup at the house, drop-off at the venue, and a set return time parents can count on. Most prom groups go with a 20-passenger or 25-passenger party bus, with LED lighting and a sound system already built in. For prom: book by January or expect limited availability and premium pricing heading into spring.
Call 929-384-1505 right now to lock in your date.

Staten Island School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Moving a school group from Staten Island to a Manhattan museum, a New Jersey science center, or a regional attraction involves real coordination — loading zone timing at the destination, route planning across the bridges, and maintaining a headcount across two boroughs. A Staten Island school bus rental through Partybusrentalstatenisland.com keeps students together on a single vehicle with overhead storage for bags and lunches, and the network includes ADA-accessible vehicles — just mention it when you request your quote.
Popular school trip destinations from Staten Island include the American Museum of Natural History (Central Park West & 79th St, New York, NY 10024), the 9/11 Memorial & Museum (180 Greenwich St, New York, NY 10006), Liberty Science Center (222 Jersey City Blvd, Jersey City, NJ 07305) across the Goethals in New Jersey, and Wagner College (1 Campus Road, Staten Island, NY 10301) for local campus visits. The Wagner College group transportation guide covers on-campus arrival logistics. Call 929-384-1505 for school trip pricing.

Staten Island Sporting Event Transportation
The two biggest sporting draws for Staten Island fan groups are MetLife Stadium (1 MetLife Stadium Drive, East Rutherford, NJ 07073) and Barclays Center (620 Atlantic Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11217). MetLife hosts the Giants and Jets — and getting there from Staten Island means the Goethals Bridge to I-95 North to Route 3 East, a corridor that becomes gridlocked within 90 minutes of kickoff. Fan lots for major games require prepaid parking, with the closest lots to the gate selling out weeks in advance.
Post-game rideshare pickup is designated in a remote area with a long walk from the gate. A Staten Island charter bus to MetLife means your group rides over together, arrives at one spot, and the return is already arranged. Read the MetLife Stadium group transportation guide for lot-specific arrival details.
For Nets and Liberty games at Barclays Center, the trip runs across the Verrazzano through Brooklyn — commercial drop-off uses Atlantic Avenue near the arena entrance, which is far better than circling five blocks looking for event parking. FerryHawks games at SIUH Community Park draw summer crowds to the north shore all season. Read the Community Park bus guide for local arrival specifics.
Call 929-384-1505 for game-day pricing.

Staten Island Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Staten Island wedding groups span the full geography of the borough — and sometimes cross into New Jersey or Brooklyn for the reception — which makes shuttle coordination genuinely complicated without a dedicated vehicle. A Staten Island wedding shuttle through Partybusrentalstatenisland.com handles hotel-to-ceremony transfers, ceremony-to-reception runs, and late-night returns to the hotel block, all on a schedule your guests can actually count on.
Popular Staten Island reception venues include the Hilton Garden Inn Staten Island (1100 South Ave, Staten Island, NY 10314), the Staaten (697 Forest Ave, Staten Island, NY 10310), and Vanderbilt at South Beach (300 Father Capodanno Blvd, Staten Island, NY 10305). For bridal parties arriving from Manhattan via the Staten Island Ferry, a minibus staged at the St. George Terminal keeps the timeline tight without anyone scrambling across Richmond Terrace in formal wear. For larger guest counts, a full charter bus handles the whole round-trip in one shot.
A 14-passenger Sprinter limo is the right call for the bridal party on the wedding day itself. Call 929-384-1505 to build a wedding transportation plan.

Staten Island Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Staten Island's craft brewery scene is worth planning a full day around. Flagship Brewery (40 Minthorne St, Staten Island, NY 10301) anchors the St. George neighborhood — walking distance from the ferry terminal and a natural starting point for a borough pub crawl. Kills Boro Brewing Company (814 Richmond Terrace, Staten Island, NY 10301) is a short ride further west along the North Shore, making it an easy second stop without much backtracking.
Extend the evening into Bay Ridge or Williamsburg across the Verrazzano, and you've got a full night without anyone navigating the return crossing independently.
A Staten Island pub crawl bus rental stages near each stop while the group is inside — no parking problem at every bar, no surge pricing when the last spot closes for the night, and nobody splitting off mid-route because they got tired of coordinating rides. The bus is ready when you are. Call 929-384-1505 to plan your route.

Frequently Asked Questions About Staten Island Bus Rentals
How does this website work?
Partybusrentalstatenisland.com helps you compare bus rental options; it is not the bus company and does not rent, own, or operate vehicles. When you submit the quote form, your trip details go through a booking company so you can review pricing and available vehicles for your date. You compare the options and book through the process shown with your quote.
How much does a party bus cost in Staten Island, New York?
Staten Island party bus rental prices vary based on vehicle size, date, and trip length. As a planning baseline: a minibus runs roughly $200–$275/hour; a mid-size party bus lands between $250–$375/hour; a full charter bus typically runs $200–$350/hour. These are planning ranges — the real rate moves with the vehicle, the date, and the hours.

What is Partybusrentalstatenisland.com?
Partybusrentalstatenisland.com is a quote-comparison website for group transportation. It's not a bus company and it doesn't operate vehicles — it's a way to fill out one form and compare party bus, charter bus, and minibus options from multiple independently owned providers serving Staten Island, Brooklyn, Manhattan, and the surrounding region. Instead of calling company after company and describing your trip each time, you see the options side by side.
Free to use, no account required.
What's the difference between a party bus and a charter bus?
A party bus is built for the celebration — LED lighting, onboard bar area, premium sound system, wraparound seating, flat-panel TVs. When the ride itself is part of the event, the party bus is the right call. A charter bus is designed for efficient group movement — rows of reclining seats, overhead bins, undercarriage luggage storage, and an onboard restroom for longer runs.
For a bachelorette night through St. George and Brooklyn or a birthday crawl through Midtown, the party bus wins. For a corporate conference trip into Manhattan or a school group crossing the Goethals to Liberty Science Center, a charter bus or minibus is the better fit. Partybusrentalstatenisland.com lets you compare both on the same screen.
Can a bus pick up from multiple locations on Staten Island?
Yes — most trips include more than one pickup stop, and that's easy to coordinate when you request your quote. Include all pickup addresses and preferred times when you fill out the form. Keep in mind that Staten Island's geography means a group spanning Tottenville on the south shore and St. George in the north is a 30-minute swing across the island — worth building into your departure time so no one is rushing to the meeting point.
What size bus do I need for my group?
Passenger count is the floor. A group of 10–14 fits a Sprinter van or limo. Groups of 15–20 fit a 15- or 20-passenger party bus.
Groups of 25–35 fit a 25-passenger party bus or a minibus. Groups of 40–56 fit a 40-passenger party bus or a full charter bus. When you're on the edge between two sizes, go up — it's more comfortable than squeezing 28 people into a 25-seat bus for an hour-long drive across New Jersey.
Do I need to create an account to get a quote?
No account needed, ever. Fill out the quick online form with your trip details — group size, date, pickup and drop-off — and you'll have options in front of you in under 30 seconds. Or call 929-384-1505 directly.
The quote is free, there's no obligation, and the whole process takes about a minute from start to finish.
How far in advance should I book?
For most trips, booking 4–6 weeks out gives you solid vehicle selection and competitive pricing. For high-demand dates — prom season (April–June), New Year's Eve weekend, summer Saturdays, and Giants and Jets home openers at MetLife Stadium — plan on 2–4 months minimum. Marquee MetLife matchups and major concerts at MSG can drain availability fast, especially for larger vehicles.
The earlier the date, the better the options available to you. Call 929-384-1505 to check what's available right now.
Popular Staten Island Party Bus Destinations
Staten Island groups book transportation to venues all across the New York metro — a FerryHawks game on the north shore, a concert at MSG in Midtown, a day trip to Six Flags in central New Jersey, and everything in between. These are some of the most-requested destinations, with the specifics you'll actually need to plan your trip. If your spot isn't on this list, you can find a bus to any location in the area.

SIUH Community Park
SIUH Community Park (75 Richmond Terrace, Staten Island, NY 10301) is home to the Staten Island FerryHawks, Staten Island's professional baseball team, and sits in the St. George neighborhood less than a half-mile from the Staten Island Ferry terminal. The ballpark holds just over 7,000 fans, and street parking on Richmond Terrace fills quickly on game nights — particularly for fireworks nights and weekend promotions that draw near-capacity crowds. A bus drops your group curbside on Richmond Terrace near the main entrance, and the St. George waterfront has several spots to gather before or after the game.
Read the SIUH Community Park group transportation guide for full arrival details. Call 929-384-1505 for game-day pricing.

MetLife Stadium
MetLife Stadium (1 MetLife Stadium Drive, East Rutherford, NJ 07073) hosts the Giants and Jets, plus major concerts, college bowl games, and international soccer matchups. From Staten Island, the route runs Goethals Bridge to I-95 North to Route 3 East — straightforward until it isn't, typically within 90 minutes of kickoff when Route 3 becomes a parking lot in both directions. Fan lots for major games require prepaid parking, and the lots closest to the gate sell out weeks in advance.
Post-game rideshare pickup is in a remote designated zone with a long walk from the gate. A charter bus parks in the group lot, stages while the game runs, and picks everyone up at the arranged time. Read the MetLife Stadium bus transportation guide for lot-specific arrival details.
Call 929-384-1505 for availability.

Barclays Center
Barclays Center (620 Atlantic Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11217) hosts the Brooklyn Nets, NY Liberty, and major touring concerts and events year-round. From Staten Island, the route crosses the Verrazzano-Narrows Bridge and runs through Brooklyn — the Belt Parkway and Atlantic Avenue approach gets congested on event nights, and the surrounding Prospect Heights neighborhood offers almost no street parking. Nearby event garages can run $40–$65 and often fill before the first act.
Commercial vehicle drop-off uses Atlantic Avenue near the main arena entrance. A bus drops your group steps from the door, handles the Verrazzano crossing in both directions, and picks everyone up when the event ends — no one searching for a car in downtown Brooklyn at midnight. Read the Barclays Center group transportation guide.
Call 929-384-1505 for event-night pricing.

Madison Square Garden
Madison Square Garden (4 Pennsylvania Plaza, New York, NY 10001) sits on top of Penn Station in Midtown Manhattan and hosts Knicks games, Rangers games, and some of the biggest touring concerts in the country. There is no dedicated MSG parking garage — groups pay $45–$75 at nearby third-party lots along 7th and 8th Avenue, and those lots fill early on marquee nights. Commercial vehicle drop-off uses 33rd Street on the 8th Avenue side of the building.
From Staten Island, the route runs via the Goethals Bridge and Lincoln Tunnel into Midtown, or across the Verrazzano through Brooklyn and the Battery Tunnel — either approach adds 60–90 minutes around major events. Read the Madison Square Garden group transportation guide for approach details. Call 929-384-1505 to get a quote.

St. George Ferry Terminal
St. George Ferry Terminal (1 Bay Street, Staten Island, NY 10301) is the borough's primary transit hub and the starting point for the free Staten Island Ferry — a 25-minute crossing to Whitehall Terminal in lower Manhattan. For group trips where guests are arriving from the city by ferry, the St. George waterfront is the natural assembly point, with bus pickup on Bay Street keeping everyone together without anyone wandering up Richmond Terrace. The neighborhood itself has grown into a social destination: Flagship Brewery, Empire Outlets, and the Richmond County Bank Ballpark are all within easy walking distance.
For groups starting a night out on the island before heading into Manhattan, staging at St. George keeps the itinerary tight. Read the St. George Ferry Terminal transportation guide for staging details. Call 929-384-1505.

Six Flags Great Adventure
Six Flags Great Adventure (1 Six Flags Blvd, Jackson, NJ 08527) is about 60–75 minutes from Staten Island via the Goethals Bridge and the Garden State Parkway South — close enough for a full day trip, far enough that fuel and parking add up when your group splits into multiple vehicles. Six Flags parking is sold per car, and for a group of 40 people arriving in 10 cars, the parking costs alone are significant before anyone gets through the gate. Charter bus parking at Six Flags is in a designated bus area separate from the main vehicle lots.
A 56-passenger charter bus parks once, covers the whole group in one vehicle, and makes the Garden State Parkway return far more enjoyable than a 10-car convoy in post-park traffic. Read the Six Flags Great Adventure bus guide for arrival logistics. Call 929-384-1505 to book.
